Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean and quite essential/frugal: no fridge and no table/desk in the room. Had to ask for a table to use my PC. Internet bandwidth erratic and unstable. Pool looks nice and well maintained, but overall atmosphere a bit dated. Overall, a bit pricey for the quality.

The pool and swim bar were very pleasant and a great part of the property , the food was good and everything was reasonably priced. The owner Mike introduced himself to his and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even upgraded us to a very nice room with ocean view. We will definitely stay with them again.

Något slitet. Det läckte vatten ner på golvet så fort man använde handfatet på toaletten så där var alltid lite blött där inne. Acn var otroligt högljudd, har bott på hotell med högljudda ac tidigare men denna tar nog priset. Vi hade den på lägsta temperatur så fort vi kom in i rummet (visade på 16) ändå var det ca 27-28 grader i rummet. Med så dålig ac borde man ha möjlighet att ha den igång även på dagtid för att inte temperaturen skulle höjas i rummet till kvällen igen. Man fyllde inte på toalettpapper på toan vid poolen utan det fick man be om när det var slut. Man fick påkalla uppmärksamhet när man satt i poolbaren för den var inte bemannad hela tiden, samma personal där som i restaurangen som ligger bredvid. Bra priser på mat och öl, personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Not the best experience.

My wife found a cockroach in the room and my daughters complained about ants on their bed. The air conditioner was a little weak. There is a restaurant on the property which has good food at about the market price. Because of the cleanliness concerns and the amount of activity on the Cloud 9 strip, we ended our stay 3 days early.

I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot.

Television wasn't working. Asked to have them look at it and they never came. We booked the family room. Had to ask for more towels as they only gave us two. No trash cans in the room. Very unorganized and was over priced for the two days we stayed there.

The bathroom was awful. No bidet. No refrigerator. No elevator. Unfriendly staff. No towels. No WiFi. Window shades had no darkening effect. No bottled water in the room. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Door to balcony doesn’t close all the way. My friends room had no TV, no closet. Grounds were very nice. But will never stay there again and will not recommend

Perfekt beliggenhed, men dog var værelset meget fugtigt og lummert - rengøringen var ok. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige. Ikke et sted jeg ville vælge igen - da fugtigheden i værelset var forfærdelig.

10 Nights in Siargao

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights, 4 person in 2 room. Check in very quick, we got two big rooms, facing West, spacious and with big balcony, and they seems all new !!!. Room cleaning on request, no problem just give your key, to reception. There is a small restaurant on site, but also several options in walking distance. This resort is very close to Cloud 9, surf area, like max 5 min, and also easy to get a tricycle to G.L from here too. This hotel is very nice, the pool is just a small one, not for swimming only a dip. Only one thing was little annoying, there was no refrigerator in the rooms, also no kettle for make hot water, for coffee or tea.
