Staff were super friendly, food was great, the room was comfortable. The only thing which let this hotel down was its cleanliness, the main hotel areas and the room were not that clean which is a shame as everything else was lovely.

Fabulous from start to finish! Warm welcome from owner despite being an extremely busy evening. Room was beautifully decorated. Tastefully Welsh 😊 We ate in the very well maintained, pretty garden and the food did not disappoint. Slept extremely well, good quality beds and bedding. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fab find, will visit again when going to the lake.

My wife and I both agreed that the overnight stay we had there was very good, everything you could have wanted was there, the bed was lovely and the room was spot on. The next morning we went down to the restuarant and to an excellent breakfast. All in all we would have no hesitation in staying there again.

6/10 Bueno

A little bit tired: for example a very worn, saggy mattress on the bed and a shower that was adequate but no more. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs a refurb.
