The Mary Todd house was clean. It was not very handicap accessible to get in and has raised doorways inside. It was nice having a whole house to relax in.

We loved our stay at the Mary Todd Lincoln House (the Pink House or Casa Rosada)! We were there for a family destination wedding and wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, with lots of space and character. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. There were 2 large bedrooms with full bathrooms attached and a huge living room with tv and another full bathroom. The kitchen was very large with everything we needed to make the stay complete. We loved the homey front porch and the back courtyard with a "watering hole" to watch the stars or soak up the rays. The communication with staff was quick and helpful. I'm glad there was time for us to "shop Marfa". It was convenient and fun. We parked right out in front of the house, and it was easy and safe. I would go back to the Lincoln Marfa again if I were headed in that direction. Great place to stay!

This is a perfect little place. Like staying at someone’s well kept studio apartment. Thoughtfully decorated, charming, not too fancy, but comfortable. Loved it and would stay again any time.

I stayed in Room #5. It was a very nice room as well as comfortable. We visited Marfa for the Marfa Lights Festival. These rooms at Lincoln are right in the heart of the event. Maybe too close because the stage music started at 8:00am. So we couldn’t sleep in. Regardless the property is situated with walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. The only issue I found with room #5 was the shower head. There was plenty of hot water but the stream of water coming out of the shower head was like standing under a water hose. Bathtub needs a new shower head. The only disappointment I had was the town of Marfa. The Lincoln property is great, don’t get me wrong. However the town has changed so much. I lived in Marfa from 1992 to 1999 and the town has unfortunately changed for the worse. So if you have to visit Marfa I highly recommend the Lincoln property.

The room was fairly clean, but there was quite a bit of dust in the corners and under furniture. There was a mouse that we saw running across the kitchen - I texted and they offered to bring a mouse-trap, but I said we would just put up with it until we left. We only saw it twice. (There has been a lot of rain). I know it's not a big deal, but I'm terrified of mice! - The kitchen was amazing with everything you could want. The coffee maker was a little old, but worked well and there was plenty of coffee! - It was wonderful to have so much space - the bathrooms were very nice. - There just isn't a lot going on in Marfa. There is not an area with little shops and there are only a few restaurants. We were supposed to stay at the Paisano, but our reservations were canceled due to the renovation project. I think that may have caused the prices at the other hotels to go up. - I would definitely recommend the Mary Todd House at the Lincoln House, especially if you like something more like a home away from home!

Amazing house! We just loved all the artwork and how every room had it's own bath. The beautiful grounds, and the water feature in front of the house was so nice to watch the birds from the porch. We loved this place and can't wait to come back.
