Check in experience: not good.
First of all, there’re 2 buildings, there was not signage tell us which building for check in.
Then, when we check in, there were 3 girls who didn't wear uniform chatting and eating in the reception. They just pass us the key and continue chatting. We have no greeting or any indication on how to get in the other building.
For the overall experience, it was not bad. we could see a nice sea view in the room and the shower set was Thann, which we both love this brand.
I think the service could be much enhanced to align with the branding and positioning of this hotel.
