Wonderful place!

One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had at an accommodation. We were leaving early for some outdoor activities and the host made us breakfast in advance, offered us coffee/water/juice etc. They kept asking if everything was okay. Beautiful scenery and they had a nice restaurant on property. The room was big and a large breakfast is available for free.

The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. Wir waren allein im Hotel - die einzigen Gäste. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Angenehme Größe vom Badezimmer. Der Service war super. Das Frühstücks Buffet - wenn man das so nennen kann - wahr der Hammer. Man sagte was man haben will und es wurde einem gemacht und an den Tisch gebracht. Auch da, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Außenbereich ist super. Man kann am Abend wunderbar draußen sitzen und man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem Hotel, eher wie auf einer Finca. Das Hotel kommt auf meine "Merkliste". Die sehen uns wieder.
