We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff that welcomed us was super and we got an hour in the spa for free since our room wasn’t ready at check-in. The breakfast menu was good, with different options to choose from. The small downside was our room. We booked a room with a sea view and we had a view when standing up. Sitting in the balcony we couldn’t see anything because of the wall and the big lavender bushes planted on top. All in all a good stay with helpful staff in a nice area.

We had an amazing stay at Zeta Hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly marvellous and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.We especially loved the beautiful beach view waking up to the sea every day was unforgettable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all nice and have great views facing the bay - nice, quiet location too.

Bu oteli çok beğenmedim. İyi özellikleri denize sıfır çarşafları güzel yatağı rahat bir kaç çalışan güleryüzlüydü. Beğenmediğim tarafları otoparkı çok uzak arabanızı verince alacağınız zaman 20 dk bekliyorsunuz. illaki anahtarı onlara teslim etmenizi istiyorlar. oldu ki gece acil bişey oldu çıkmanız lazım onlar getirene kadar bekliyorsunuz hele ki ingilizceniz yetmedi derdinizi anlatamadınız bi çalışan var sinirli ve döver tarzda konuşuyor sinirimizi bozdu.bazı günler arabamızı başka otelin önüne koyup anahtarımızı vermedik.sonra kendi dikkatsizliğim kahvaltısı açık büfe değil alakart buna dikkat etseydim rezervasyon yapmazdım. kahvaltı seçeneklerini sunmuşlar hep azar azar ilk defa bi tatilde kilo verdim. hep dışarda kahvaltı yaptık. kahvaltıyı ne alacağınızı soran 26.10.2026 daki kişi çok kabaydı . yumurtayı nasıl istediğimizi anlatamayınca oda sesini yükseltti ve hemen yiyip ordan çıktık. sevimsiz bi insandı. hergün istesenizde istemesenizde odanıza girip düzenliyorlar havluyu koyduğumuz yer odanın estetiğini bozuyormuş bizim kaldığımız odanın estetiğinden size ne ? lambader kapalıyken üstünde kuru havlu kalmış odamıza not yazıp bırakmışlar. ilk defa bi otelde kendimi eğitim kampında gibi hissettim. bir daha asla tercih etmem . kendilerine başarılar .

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Budva. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The sea and bay view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. The only downside was parking. It could sometimes be difficult to find a place to park, as the hotel has only two private parking spots.

Hotel Zeta was Amazing. The staff arranged our taxi for us, we were properly welcomed and attended to. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. They spoke good English which was really helpful and the location and view of the Sea was also beautiful

Buraya gelmeden önce çok araştırma yaptım ve hotel zeta yı tercih ettik .Hem odaların temizliği,hem gükeryüzlü personel hem harika seçenekli kahvaltısı ,spa ve manzarası ayrıca çok beğendiğimiz plaj olan kamenovo plajına ve diğer plajlara ve şık restoranlara yakınlığı mükemmeldi .Tekrar geleceğimiz zaman aynı oteli tercih edeceğiz .

Junior suite for a family of four. Without water two nights, one of which the water dissapeard in while showering and the body was full of soap. Air condition not possible to adjust two whole nights. Room was not cleaned (incl no clean towels) one of the days. Troble getting access to paking garage one time - had to wait approx 30 min. Staff in reception little understanding nor giving any excuse when politely been informing about our troubles during the stay. Breakfast and staff in restaurant nice though. In total not worth the money or a rexommendation from our side.

It was great, customer service was perfect, as the staffs were really nice and welcoming. The only thing that needs working on is communication as I texted days before arriving but didn’t get any reply back. In all, we had a great stay.
