El hotel es limpio en una zona muy céntrica a un par de calles está toda la vida nocturna de Tijuana, en general bien, los verdaderos alrededores están solos, personal del hotel de la noche es bastante malo, de lo peor que me ha tocado viajando. Piden un depósito de 500 pesos en efectivo para darte llave y control, sino no te dan nada, si llegas noche es una pésima opción. El internet está bien, la televisión con pocas opciones y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

He usado este hotel para llegar a Tijuana principalmente por su precio, el área donde se encuentra se adecua a mis necesidades pues voy caminando a los lugares que frecuento, desgraciadamente las ultimas dos visitas no han sido buena experiencia, la primera no me respetaron la reservación culpando a hotels del problema y termine pagando el doble, esta vez llegamos despues de las 9 pm y recibimos un sermón por haber llegado tarde y que la próxima nos cancelan la reservado, que el chek in es de 3pm a 9pm, creo que pensare regresar a este lugar, pues es una pena pues el hotel esta en precio y además el estacionamiento lo considero seguro. habrá que buscar otras opciones.

I had to be switched to a different room because the toilet was broken and noticed that the sink was cracked. Then in new room the TV control didn't work, had to have staff lady switch it out, this was in the afternoon, once we came back to the room in the evening and wanted to watch some TV the volume of control wouldn't work had to adjust on actual TV side buttons. Also in this other room, the safe in the room did not work asked the guy at front desk and he said that he couldn't help with that because it was the lady that helped with the TV controller that could helo with the safe and she had gone home for the evening. The bed was hard and small and then on Monday morning they started to do construction on the place so we just decided not to stay the extra night and just left like around 130pm. At the front desk at checkout the lady couldn't find the cash deposit that I had given in cash to the guy that checked me in and had to wait until she called him to find out where he had put it to find it so she could give it back to me. So basically my checkout was not quick nor too easy, unfortunately. The thing I did like was the breakfast and staff at breakfast.
