The property and staff were wonderful! We had an issue at check in because Hotels.com had not released our reservation to the property. The front desk staff was amazing at helping us with the situation!

AC didn’t work properly, sheets and pillows need to be replaced. Pillows were flat. Sheets felt cheap. Property is clean, check in was good!

The drainage system for the shower did NOT work! The water was all over the bathroom floor and outside the bathroom… will stay again, just not in a roll in shower room…

Very nice property and good omelets. Clean place just disappointed with stains on the carpet on the third floor hallway. Very nice hotel though. I would definitely stay there again.

Not the same as previous

Just seems like the hotel has went down a little.

I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing.

The only problem was I did not get the room I paid for through Expedia. So some of my family had to sleep on floor. Hotel says it’s Expedia fault.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first two rooms the television did not work. The staff never checked the rooms to see if the television worked in the 2 room given. The third room was fine but was awaken by staff entering at 1:15am.

I liked the location, and the surroundings. I also liked the little lady who worked in the breakfast area. She was so sweet and helpful. She was constantly busy taking care of her guests.

I was made to wait over 2 hours after the designated check in time. Came back and asked to wait more for another hour. Room was filthy because had not been properly. Soda spilled in refrigerator. Bathroom had not be cleaned to even moderate standard. Horrible and Terrible experience! Chief Kent
