It was an amazing stay at Kathmandu. The best part is the location, very good breakfast and always smiling, helpful front desk. I will definitely stay again here. The room size is also large

We were there 2 nights, had no hot water the whole time. They did say they were sorry ! Hotel is in poor state. Thought we got a good deal but I guess you only get what you pay for.

Exceptional Value

Excellent value choice - hotel has all the necessities but falls short of a garden and an exercise facility. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, well furnished and air conditioned. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. We stayed for a week on business and it was the perfect balance of service offer and cost.

My husband & I stayed at Le Himalaya for 5 nights. The property is well located in Kathmandu. We found our room on 3rd floor well maintained and extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good variety at breakfast. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you Prabhu, Shristee and Rakshya for your great assistance during our Kathmandu stay.

Great find in Kathmandu

It was a great remodeled hotel full of beautiful traditional Nepalese art and decor. The bed was comfy, the room large and clean, the bathroom was modern and the hot shower after traveling 36 hours was great. The breakfast was superb and comparable to any other hotel I have stayed in. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was great as was the beer. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure and the staff was always helpful and courteous.
