Muy bien en general, aconsejaría tener guía impresa de los canales de la Televisión. No pudimos ver el fútbol (Eurocopa) ni Wimbledon.

Le falta equipamiento básico. Las fotos que se muestran no se relacionan en nada a la realidad. La propiedad está en buenas condiciones, en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Los baños están en regular estado, no se pueden cerrar bien las puertas ni mucho menos poner llave. La cocina mal equipada, faltan vasos, cubiertos , y no hay absolutamente nada de uso básico como sal, aceite, etc. En conclusión el concepto de Luxury Palace resulta un poco ridículo. La ubicación es muy buena.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men noget slidt og skramlet. Strømmen var gået i kvarteret, da vi ankom (ikke udlejers skyld), og der blev ikke svaret på WhatsApp, som eller blev oplyst som bedste kommunikationsmetode. Ikke decideret beskidt, men heller ikke rent. Billederne er meget misvisende, og til prisen kan man godt forvente bedre.

Stayed mid August 2026. Overall a good stay. Location is superb, easy to walk to restaurants and tourist hot spots. Plenty of space within the apartment. We stayed in apartment 13, which was on 3rd floor. Lots of stairs to contend with with the suitcases. Once inside the air con was portable machines, so really quite noisy & not massively effective for such a large place. Bathrooms felt a bit rickety & old, the showers were small with not much water pressure which makes washing long hair a bit tricky. No hairdryer, but plenty of towels. The apartment was very rustic/ traditional, & appreciate it is an old building.

I was extremely disappointed with this accommodation. The furniture was broken, the chairs had patches torn off, the floor tiles were coming up in several places, and the mattress had a large dent in it. The photos on the website bore no resemblance to the room we actually stayed in. Looking back, I think I understand why the reviews and photos were so mixed. The building has three floors, and the rooms on the lower floors appear to have been renovated and probably look like the listing photos. Our room, on the top floor, looked half-renovated. It’s an old building where someone seems to have started refurbishing and stopped short of finishing the job, and the floor tiles were broken in many places. I asked both Hotels.com and the property management to refund our second night, which they did, and I do give them credit for that. Even so, the room was clearly not fit to be rented out, especially at what we paid, which was a premium nightly rate. If you’re thinking of booking, I’d suggest requesting a room on a lower floor, as I didn’t see inside those rooms, but the front door downstairs looked noticeably newer.

The only perk was the incredible location and helpful directions to find it. Thankfully we only slept there two nights. Otherwise, the pictures aren’t accurate. The furniture is decrepit, the floor is missing wooden tiles and there are little nails poking out, the bathroom had a hole in the wall and the windows had mould on them. There was some sort of bugs in the beds that left my daughter and mother covered in bites. I slept on the bed in the kitchen and was spared but overall it was shocking the difference between photos and reality. I appreciate it’s an older building but these things could easily be fixed as they are interior things. Replaces the mouldy curtains, the peeling kitchen chairs and fix the flooring throughout. There was a collection of missing tiles just sitting on top of the fridge. No effort to fix anything

Held all the charm of Venice. Filled with culture, the high ceilings were amazing. Great facilities! Very spacious. We could walk in any direction and find a local restaurant or mini shops to enjoy. Very close to Rialto bridge and San Marco square.

Check-in hat nicht richtig funktioniert, unsere Telefonnummer war nicht richtig im Unterkuftstool hinterlegt zum bestätigen. Email und Anrufe wurden ignoriert. Antwort erst nachdem Hotels.com involviert wurde. Unterkunft selber, toller Ort aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. möbel z.t. kaputt und billige qualität. Könnte mit wenig Aufwand viel anmächeliger sein. War nicht sehr sauber.

This place is gnarly. We stayed in unit 12. It’s like a palace with really high ceilings and beautiful paintings. The rooms are gigantic with small balconies facing the canal. It also has a large and well-equipped kitchen. The location is also convenient to water taxi and major sites of interest. There are a lot of nice restaurants, gelato places and a supermarket nearby. There is also free laundry room for travelers to use. We enjoyed the stay very much. There are two things that could have been improved. One is to inform customers that they can easily take the public boat at the train station to get to the property instead of walking. We ended up walking for 20 minutes with our luggage’s in the hot weather to the property due to the lack of such info. The other is that the property should allow people to store their luggage there before the official check in time like other properties. We paid Euro 90 to store our luggage at a nearby barbershop. Highly recommend the Suso Gelato place. Best gelato we’ve ever had.

It was labeled a luxury apartment but it was a bit dilapidated. The wood flooring would come up when you walked on it. The location was good though. Close to where we wanted to visit.

The view is everything! The fact that the apartment was spacious and air conditioned well was a bonus! The kitchen was ideal and the refrigerator was perfect because the Coop market is down the walkway. Close to everything, famous fish market, Rialto bridge, grand canal, etc.

We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!
