Quirky property. Beautiful rooftop view from bedroom window. Loved claw foot bath in room (toilet was down hall). Good location - easy walk in to town & to station. Delicious breakfast, welcoming host.

Just awesome. Loved the rooms with the big windows, loved the hosts, awesome breakfast. Very helpful-for example we arrived early before our room was ready. They let us leave our luggage come in and out. Use the bathroom whatever we need until the room is ready.

Absolutely superb place to stay and amazing hosts. Excellently located to stroll into Winchester. Parking available and Dotty couldn’t do enough for us, whilst giving us space to chill. Superb breakfast cooked to order too. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at St John’s Croft, it was everything we hoped for - perfectly situated for Winchester in a tranquil and picturesque setting. Our breakfast was lovely and our hosts were very welcoming and had thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

A lovely property with Nick being a fantastic host. Fantastic breakfast with almost anything you would want available. Pretty views out over the area, even over to St Catherine’s hill which is worth the walk if you get a chance and St John’s Hospital ( which actually homes 25 Monks). The bedroom is quirky with a bath only but private use of a toilet down the hall. Not for everyone or what we expected but worked fine. Definitely recommend as close to town and Winchester itself was great.

Excellent location. Beautiful place. Such kind hosts. Great accommodation. My room was upstairs. The view was beautiful. The whole place is amazing. My only complaint is that my kitchen isn’t as stunning as theirs. All around amazing is all I can say.

Clean and silent room. Bathroom is not in the room but is private. Not an issue for us.
