Beautiful and comfortable property. The property is very well kept, very safe and staff make you feel very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the coffee served to my husband was excellent. Guertha, the property manager was very nice, attentive to our needs. The ground keeper was helpful too in helping with, the gate when we come late in the evening.
What we didnt like was, after we booked our hotel, and received a confirmation email with Expedia and the room type that, we reserved when we got there, we were told that, they didnt see our reservation. They didn't have our rooms. Were were told that, we should've called ahead of time to confirmed our reservation. Per Expedia, once we are confirmed, we do not need to call the property. Guertha, nicely managed to give us another "upgraded" room for their mistakes of, not checking their reservations, upcoming guests, and their bookings. What we were not told is that, they will charge more for the room than, what I reserved and agreed to pay with Expedia. When I checked my account, I was overcharged without my consent for the price of the "upgraded " room which we did not request. (My husband and I thought, they upgraded us because they didnt have our room available when we got there)
I hope that, reservations and the keeping of the upcoming guests and their reservations are taking more seriously next time.
Otherwise...we loved & enjoyed our 3 nights stay!
