Fabulous oasis in the middle of this busy, bustling city! The amenities are brilliant and the rooftop pool is superb (I used it through out the days at various times during my stay). The staff are wonderfully hospitable, professional and friendly. I will definitely return!

ik houd van het zwemmen op de top floor

8/10 Muy bueno

Our stay here was OK. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. The staff were friendly but not attentive, we had to keep waving them down to get their attention at the pool. The breakfast was ok, just a standard buffet breakfast. Lobby was impressive but rooms were ok, clean. We booked a driver with reception which was a rip off so would recommend just booking a grab at a fraction of the price.

Quiet hotel with rooms lovely decorated. Some rooms offer a view over the royal palace. The open air restaurant on the top floor next to the pool was a nice place to relax. We found the food to be average however. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items, notably various fresh fruit.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. Bed is firm and choice of pillows on request. The rooftop pool and bar is absolutely stunning. Great location too, all sights in walking distance. Only let-downs were the breakfast buffet which was very mediocre considering the price point. And we struggled with the smart tv due to poor internet connection I assume.

Staff were really great from reception to laundry to door man. All were helpful, courteous and made us feel welcome. Rooms spotless and housekeeping again so kind and helpful. All amenities you could want but what makes the hotel stand out is its staff and style. Beautifully designed and relaxing to work in as well as for tourism.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The swimming pool on the rooftop is huge and perfect to get refreshed during a hot afternoon. The room is big and comfortable and the food is great.
