Serene setting, amazing staff, clean and comfortable room, great food. Everything was perfect during my stay. I was a little apprehensive with the location, given that there is not a lot going on near the property. BUT, I soon realized that 1) it is just a 20 minute golf cart ride into town, 2) I actually didn't want to leave the property. :) The staff really shine here, I felt very welcomed and safe.

The moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel like family. The manager toured us around, gave complementary drinks and massages, coordinated tours and taxi services and made us feel overly pampered. The owner was there too and she gave off such familial vibes with staff and guests that it felt more like staying at home than at a hotel. The room was beautiful and because they only have 5 units, we felt like the focus was on the guests and not profit. The food was excellent too, especially the ceviche. Overall, one of the best hotel Ive stayed at and would be coming back in a few months.

The resort was beautiful. The food was prepared beautifully and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. We felt at home. We got food poisoning on day 4 (not from the resort) and the whole staff took care of us. From our pick up at the airport to transportation to the water taxi to the golf cart rental and extension….everything was taken care of. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel was fantastic if you are looking for secluded and peaceful. The chefs were amazing, the blackened catch of the day and watermelon salad were the best. If you are going to stay here you need to rent a golf cart, it’s about 25 minutes to town on a bumpy road. Staff was great, food was great, only downside was the distance from town which I didn’t realize would take so long.

This property was very well maintained, the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and helped a lot as first time visitors to Belize. Princess was especially helpful as we spent a lot of time at the Jammin Boat and she gave amazing recommendations for the trip, she made our week long stay feel like home. The food there was delicious, the drinks also super good, and the hotel had a beautiful beach and complimentary kayaks for us to use which was super fun. I appreciated their strong wifi and the easy AC system as it was pretty warm during our stay. Overall a 10/10, we will definitely be staying again!
