Close to the beach, excellent terrace for breakfast, friendly atmosphere, good restaurants nearby. Nothing to protect against mosquitoes.

Quaint little garden and good breakfast (we only used a couple of times but a good environment) Room could do with a little upgrade but bathroom clean and good! Very high ceilings and cooling! Perfect as a central point and any issues we had were dealt with straight away!! Very comfortable room and environment (bed bit hard) and thank goodness for Aircon xx

This is a lovely hotel, situated right next to the beach, restaurants and bars and 5 minutes away from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious and the staff all friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

A beautiful old hotel along the popular section of beach shops in Verragio. The views of sunset over the sea were spectacular. The room was large(grand) with a nice little balcony. An Italian breakfast was provided with various pastries and cakes along with meats cheeses and eggs. The staff was friendly and the bar carried a selection of local wines. This town was not on our itenerary, but was a pleasant surprise from its beach attractions to locals areas for drinks and food.

Glibalmente tutto e’ stato perfetto. L’unica cosa da migliorare e’ la varieta’ della colazione.

La stanza era pulita e sanificata, peccato però che fosse al piano terra, quindi senza balcone e rumorosa (al mattino), perche la finestra si affaccia sul cortiletto per la colazione.

Потрясающая локация. Одноместный номер с окном в потолке не очень комфортный для высоких людей. Во время карнавала, пришлось купить билет на карнавал, что бы просто попасть в отель и оставить багаж, даже без заселения, ну или нужно было подождать окончание карнавала до 18-00. Кстати заселение тоже не раньше 14-00. в 13-45 сказали, что нужно подождать еще 15 мин .Вопрос не в 20Е, а в том,что об этом даже не предупредили. Завтрак элементарный. Персонал на завтраке очень вежливый и добродушный. Вообщем, в следующий раз -точно не этот отель.

Personale super gentile, il ragazzo che ci ha accolti la sera nonostante noi fossimo arrivati in ritardo per colpa del traffico e degli incidenti, è stato super ci ha consigliato dove parcheggiare visto il carnevale, ci ha spiegato tutto con degli ottimi consigli. Colazione abbondante e varia dolce & salato. se torniamo a Viareggio sicuramente prenotiamo in questo hotel. l'unico appunto che mi sento di fare presente è che io avevo visto dal sito una camera con vista mare in realtà la camera era al primo piano e anche se era lato mare il mare non si vedeva perchè coperto dai negozi che c'erano difronte, ma vabe è stato talmente piacevole soggiornarci che non l'abbiamo neanche fatto presente al ragazzo. grazie mille !

Capodanno a Viareggio. Hotel sul lungomare molto comodo, stanza pulita e colazione abbondante.
