My fiance & I had a room on the 6th floor & the only elevator in the building kept breaking. More than once. Very inconvenient, especially for the steep price we paid for an extremely tiny room. At least we were right in the thick of the area. But even bigger than the inconvenience, it was a safety concern. Why would you let the public on an elevator that KEEPS breaking instead of focusing on FIXING THE PROBLEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME & NOT PUTTING GUESTS & THE CLEANING STAFF ON DANGER. If you're going to do something, do it right. We paid more than enough for what felt like a dysfunctional closet to sleep in. However, the room was very clean & seemingly well kept. The two members of staff we saw were very nice & polite, although one wouldn't get off her phone. Overall, the cost was not worth the stay, however we don't consider it a total waste as we had a clean, safe place to sleep. That's all we got - the extreme bare minimum, but it beats sleeping outside. We didn't absolutely hate it, but also wouldn't reccomend this hotel.
