One disaster after another.
Very small rooms with serious damp throughout the room, washroom and hall to the rooms. We only stayed 2 nights and on leaving we could feel the moisture setting into our backpacks and clothing inside.
We paid for an AC room but everytime we wanted to use the air conditioning we had to go to reception and ask them to put on for us as they switch it off at the mains to suit them.
Also when we first checked in we asked the staff to help us with booking our onward transport and this was great. Unfortunately when we returned that evening we were told the original 3500 we were asked for and paid was not enough and we would have to pay an extra 900. We refused this and we're told we could then have a refund. This was paid back to us in installments that I had to ask for 3 times.
Because of this we found else where to book our transportation. We found this at half the price but slightly later than originally planned so we asked could we have a late check out due to the mistake and were told to stay as long as we wanted.
However on checking out we were then aggressively asked to pay a full nights rate for this convenience. We argued our case for a while and gave up in the end with 300 taken off the bill.
Nice area but lots of other places to choose from.
