Nice location Booked a diplomatic suit and the staff tried to give me 2 separate rooms after telling them that I booked a diplomatic suit and that’s what I wanted they gave me an ambassador suit and told me it was an upgrade when in fact was a down grade even according to there web site The furniture in the suit felt cheap I have stayed at the Lancaster plaza and that is what they should be looking to be like

perfect stay

we've been travelling for a while and upon our arrival in Beirut we just needed to recharge for two days. The Lancaster Eden Bay was the perfect choice. The windows of our room opened to the mediterranean sea, with the sound of the waves calming our nerves. The room was spacious and well decorated. The bed was a dream and the shower a blessing. Without exception, every single member of the staff was friendly and forthcoming and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was good (although my Indonesian friend lamented the lack of rice). The gym and pool area were clean and well maintained. Just one point of critique here: the music. Like in so many other places it seems that the default choice for the gym and pool area is to play loud EDM/Techno/House.. It's really off-putting.. especially while trying to have a peaceful swim or relaxing in the jacuzzi. I'd rather they play no music at all..
