FIRST & ONLY HOTEL IN THE WORLD THAT GIVES YOU 1 TOWEL FOR ENTIRE STAY(5 Days ) in our case.
Bathroom were stinking, and they only sprayed freshner, when brought to their notice.
They don't clean rooms daily, only when they fancy.
The property is old world charm, but thats the only thing nice about it.
Owner manager stays on property but turns a blind eye on complaints. Pure ignorance.
Swimming pool open past 9pm for OTHERS,but we were told it closed after 9pm. No outside beverages at poolside but i can show pictures proof otherwise.
We were so disgusted that we left a dsy early.
Booked 02 Luxurious rooms but got 01 Luxury room and 01 deluxe room. OWNER SAID NO LUXURIOUS ROOM AVAILABLE.
NEED REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN ROOMS.
Avoid this place like the PLAGUE.
