My stay at Alila was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The hotel had a peaceful and beautiful ambience, creating a calming atmosphere. However, there were some major inconveniences. Upon arrival, there was no lobby at the ground floor, nor staff to assist. Feeling lost, I had to Google their number, and I was informed the lobby was on a high floor (43 or 44). I requested a bellboy for luggage assistance, but waited nearly 25 minutes before someone came.
Check in and check out were smooth, and the room was lovely. However, accessing the room required changing elevators, which felt cumbersome. Additionally, the lifts were slow, with long waits, and parking wasnt free for guests. On a positive note, I liked the small pantry on each floor, offering free snacks and drinks.
Would I return? Likely not, as the inconveniences outweighed the experience.
