Staff fantastic, rooms great but can be noisey in morning with street cleaning. Location great, right in middle of shops, bars and restaurants and short walk to tower. Breakfast is well cooked and very friendly staff giving helpful tips on where to go and routes. We will be back

Just an amazing B&b, both Andrea's are exceptional and could not have been more helpful. The rooms are exquisite and the breakfast is perfect. The best best to stay in Pisa

Everything—from the staff and rooms to the location—was outstanding. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

Room was lovely, full of character, beautifully cool with air conditioning and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and hosts Andy and Andrew were charming, fun and informative, helping with suggestions, taxis and storing luggage to allow us extra time to explore and have later flight times. In the old town so easy to walk to attractions and lovely restaurants and bars. An amazing find and fantastic experience. Definitely going to stay again.

The B&B’s location was perfect for sightseeing. Situated in the historic area, it’s just a short walk to major tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and I’d love to return to this B&B when we visit Pisa again.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. The room was beautiful, clean and supplied with free snacks and drinks. The breakfast was easily the best I have ever had at a hotel with the owners acting as both waiters and chefs, meaning that if you want scrambled eggs they will make it to order. All other baked goods, fruits, salads, etc. where also top notch and so beautifully arranged. I can't really imagine anywhere better to stay than with these two lovely people when visiting Pisa and I hope they continue to thrive for many years to come since I intend to come back every year.

I booked Room 1. The canopy bed and the fresco on the ceiling created a lovely atmosphere. You can see the street from the window and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the restaurants at night, but if you close the inner window, you won't be bothered by conversations. The breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

Outstanding B&B! The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the centre & 20 min walk to The Tower. It is a flat easy walk from the station that takes about 15 mins. It is owned & run by two guys that really care about your comforts, they are friendly & helpful with anything you ask. On checking in we felt the care & love that shows in the accommodation. The room was so lovely & the cleaning was a very high standard. The room & bathroom were spotless with towels that were soft not worn. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. There is a fridge with water & can drinks that are complimentary as well as coffee & tea. The breakfast room is gorgeous with plenty of choice & they will also make you a cooked breakfast if wanted. There are so many Wonderful aspect of this B&B that are a Huge credit to both Andrew & Andy. Honestly this is a great location surrounded by restaurants a few steps away & a perfect accommodation with the most gracious hosts. You'll wish you stayed longer & you will return.

We had a fantastic stay, with the perfect location for exploring, a comfortable sleep and a lovely breakfast. We received a very warm welcome from Andrew, who gave us lots of tips of where to visit and eat. He and Andy surpassed our expectations for a host, and we will be very happy to return. Andrew and Andy made the stay especially
