I don’t even know where to begin! There were so many issues!
I guess I will start with the room temperature being 57 degrees upon arrival. Not shocking since the heater was turned off and there were gaps between the door and door jamb that lit up the room with sunlight.
When I did turn on the heater, it was stuck on 86 degrees. Therefore, I had to turn it on for a little while until it warmed up, then had to turn it off to avoid feeling like I was sleeping in a sauna. It makes for a long night.
The walls had visible patch work, strips of missing paint and gauged areas. The shower dripped 24/7. Finally there were black hairs in several places, on walls, countertops, sinks…
