So there's no real reception to speak of. You need to use the Line app, tell them your info, rhey will message you when it's time to check in with codes to enter the building. No issue, just use Line and a translator if needed.
The building itself and the room were fine. Not much place to hang clothes or store clothes, so you basically live out of your backpack/suitcase.
There is a roof terrace for smoking and a city view, which was nice.
No coffee or anything in the building, thankfully 7-11 is across the street.
Location isn't bad, walking distance to shops and restaurants, some attractions, train station is relatively close (we walked to the train, 1.5km).
