8/10 Muy bueno

It’s a nice place and had some great features. Others, like shredded bathmat and torn curtains really detract from the overall impression.

It is one of the best hotels in Manado. The room is spacious for a couple, and the location is close to other places like malls or restaurants. The staff are also friendly.

Great service! Definitely a must to stay at!

Excellent service from the staff with fantastic rooms! Was helped and greeted by the staff upon arrival, had a great tea break at the cafe, and also the reception provided great recommendations for food.

6/10 Bueno

Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre.

Excellent Value Stay in a Convenient Yet Cozy Location I had a very pleasant stay at S Loft Hotel in Manado. The hotel is located in a convenient downtown area, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and transportation. At the same time, it sits along a relatively less congested road, so the overall atmosphere inside the property feels calm and cozy despite being in the city center. Considering the price point, this hotel offers outstanding value. While you shouldn’t expect luxury-level furnishings or perfect in-room fixtures at this rate, I would confidently say that it is one of the best options available within the ~$20 range. The room was comfortable enough for a short stay and thoughtfully designed to maximize limited space. One interesting feature is the convertible desk, which is clever for space efficiency. However, it may not be suitable for placing heavy items, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with substantial equipment or luggage. A minor drawback is that some motorcycle noise can still be heard at night. It wasn’t overwhelming, but light sleepers may want to prepare accordingly. Overall, S Loft Hotel is an excellent budget-friendly choice in Manado, offering a cozy environment, strong location advantages, and great value for money. I would consider staying here again for a short visit.

Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues.

Dekat dengan Gereja, mudah untuk transportasi dan fasilitas cukup baik/ bersih. Namun pelayanan saat check in adalah pengalaman buruk bagi saya, dan tempat parkir terbatas.

Clean, quite and green and modern design hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast not fancy but still ok. You get more than what you've paid. Choose S Loft Hotel for your stay at Manado and you'll never regret your decision.

Clean, comfortable, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only minus was the lack of English TV stations and bad TV reception. There were more chinese language stations than in the local language. Only one news show, CNBC was in English (?) Offer BBC or CNN please.
