Great staff & accommodations. Breakfast buffet is very good & has options. If you are a light sleeper bring ear buds or try to sleep between 9pm - 3am because the roosters in the village below are always blasting off.

had to change rooms after the ac went out when i informed them in the morning they said somone would come look by nonn i went back to check they informed me i needed to change rooms, the new room ac was great but one of the doors to the balcony would not close all the way they fixed it the next morning. Also on the last day for the free breakfast they had no eggs or ham. It was a nice place the only drawback is the walk up the hill to get to it very steep i did it once then used a tuk tuk after that

Good place to stay, nead everything u need, from massage, bars restaurants haricots n more, very friendly nice staff, rented the bike from there too, same price near by as well, so they didn't over charge me, good room and good breakfast, they only have warm water not hot water to shower

This is a great hotel For your stay in Coron! Has a mix of tranquility and still close to the town center (5 mins walk) They have their own restaurant and the pool Is amazing Lastly the breakfast is awesome and they change dishes everyday

Overall the Hotel was great! The front desk service and the staff are awesome! They fix the AC problem the next day. All the staff are very helpful. Nice pool and a great area to hangout in have drinks. The hotel is a good location. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommended.

Wonderful staff and a really good location.

I was in Coron for a snorkeling break. The Vienna hotel did what they could to ensure our break was stress free and that everything worked well. They handled our tour reservations without a hitch. Everything worked like clockwork. Pickup and drop off from/to the airport were likewise on time and went without a hitch. Friendly front desk, and other staff members made our stay really comfortable.

Our room wasn't ready on time and we had to sit around and wait an extra 2 hours. They seemed to be short staffed and the restaurant food was not good. The pool and pool area is small and there are no elevators, so you have to drag your own bags up the stairs, as there are no staff to assist. The hotel and room were very clean and updated. The a/c in our room was so weak we had trouble sleeping and the tv was so complicated, that we gave up trying to use it. The location is okay, it is about a 5-7 minutes walk into town (very hilly).

To get there you have to walk up the steep heal, can be challenging for some people. We liked super friendly and helpful staff, we liked our room and the pool. Once we had late breakfast and we had not many options to choose from.

Overall we had a great stay at the Vienna hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe room overlooking the pool on the ground floor which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself is quite tired looking with signs of wear and tear, it’s in need of some TLC. Great comfortable large bed, good air conditioning and breakfast wasn’t too bad either. As with most things in Coron, you’re money doesn’t buy as much as in other SE Asian countries but we were relatively happy.

Au début on a eu la chambre en face du bar, à côté de la cuisine et en dessous de la salle à manger, très bruyant. Ensuite on a eu une chambre au 2ieme, il n y avait pas de pression ni d eau chaude dans la douche. Proche du centre ville à pied.

La chambre avait une vue splendide et cest lecseul positif à retenir. Mon fils a du se faire hospitaliser il est tombé malade, j'ai demain un taxi, elle voulait que je parte en tuk tuk, j'ai du insisté pour avoir un taxi. Quand on est revenu même pas un petit mot pour savoir s' il allait bien. Le peronnel n'est pas avenant à part vendre les prestations. Faire laver le linge par l'hôtel coûte 3 fois plus cher que dans le centre. Les chambres ne sont pas isolées, j'ai entendu mon voisin de chambre être malade toute la nuit. Le service de nettoyage de se limite à vider la poubelld et faire le lit. Le sol n a jamais été nettoyé ni la salle de bain. Cher pour les présentations fournies

Spacious clean room and comfortable beds except the extrabed. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Buffet is great, they have good breakfast, a combination of filipino and foreign food. I love the tocino, chicken adobo, bangus steaks and danggit w/ friedrice. Good location, a lil bit away from crowded town. Some trycicle refuses bec location is going up a lil the hill. Enjoyed swimming while listening with live acoustic.

The property is located on a hill so be prepared to walk up as some Tuk Tuk’s cannot make it up the incline. The hotel itself is good but we had major A/C issues during our stay, to the point we were all sweating in our sleep. The pool isn’t as grand as the pictures make it seem. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop to get an AMAZING view of coron in sunset and their rooftop happy hour is very hard to beat price wise. It was an alright stay but we expected a bit more from the property and service. I would recommend for a short stay, just make sure the A/C continuously works for your room during your stay.
