We loved this B&B! The host was wonderful, meeting us in the street, helping us find parking, carrying a suitcase and explaining everything about the area. If you like a sweet breakfast, they bring you fresh local cakes and pastries every morning - delicious! There is also an espresso machine (so good) in the shared kitchen, so you're not at the mercy of your host to beg for more coffee in the morning. The outside of the building is a bit worrisome at first, but the inside of the apartment is lovely - and the building is 700 years so it has character. It's right in the middle of the main restaurant/shopping district and a 10-minute walk to both ferries (Amalfi and Capri Islands), so location is brilliant. Parking is a nightmare if you drive, but that's just the nature of Salerno. The rooms were clean, shower had awesome pressure, the bed was decent - although we're not fans of the firm, memory foam mattress. AC worked perfectly.
Overall, a fabulous experience and we would highly recommend!!
