I booked a room from Expedia, payed, received a confirmation email from Expedia... and when I got there in the evening, there is no reception, nobody to give you the key, just a locked door. I didn’t have à Spanish phone, so, I had to stop somebody in the street to beg them if they could call the number indicated by the door. And when I finally reach the owner, she told me she has no room available! It was dark, I had no phone, and had to look for another place late in the day, with my luggages, roaming the city in order to find another place to stay. Really unprofessional!
