Great hotel

We stayed here during our trip to watch the race at cedar lake speedway. Fabulous staff, clean,spacious rooms, great location. Breakfast was great and hot for hotel breakfast.

The room was ice cold and just not comfortable. We heard every sound coming from the room upstairs like voices, people walking, and what sounded like rolling suitcases on the floor. The corners were not clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Overall a reasonable hotel, but staff was no where to be found in the evening or the morning. Breakfast was so-so, but included hot items. Again, no personal in sight to ask questions or to troubleshoot (when coffee ran out). Felt safe and reasonably clean. Would consider staying again.

We were there for five days/nights for visiting family and friends. Good breakfast. Great towels for hotel towels. Friendly and polite staff. Got my rewards. Clean and attractive lobby, but freezing AC. Too cold. Daily service in our room was appreciated even if it was minor. One BIG problem: handicapped accessible room. Why? I would get a ticket if I parked in a handicap spot. But here I’m put in this room where the shower water floods the floor; where I can’t hang up my clothes because they hang on the floor. I did not request that room and just wonder why?

Fooled upon entry with beautiful lobby. Entered elevator to access room floor and elevator floor and walls extremely dirty. Entered room to find torn/shredded carpet. One wall is damaged,bathroom shower is rusty,and next morning found coffee maker doesnt work. Will never recommend this hotel or stay here again

Our GPS gave us incorrect directions. We went around and around. If you could get that corrected, it would be helpful. A dog in the adjoining room woke us up barking before 8:00 a.m. No easily accessible ice machine on the first floor. I had to ask a staff person to get me ice. Area where we parked on the far side of the hotel by Room 118 needed shoveling badly and also some ice melt. Very slippery when we loaded up our vehicle. Not enough room to park on the side area by our room. Maybe push the snow piles back further? Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Really liked the walk-in shower.

Only had 2 towels. As a person with long hair, I need 2 towels for each shower. Towels also poor quality and small. Crappy toilet paper

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff

Hotel is great, overall very quiet and close to my client. My room 225 was right above the hotel laundry facility and hence I could hear the high speed spinning of the dryers all through the night. A different room would not have this of course. Hotel staff is super friendly, good breakfast.
