É a primeira vez que me hospedo em um hotel da rede Ibis. Havia uma grande expectativa, mas não tive uma boa experiência, de modo geral. O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, que contou com uma variedade de alimentos e bebidas satisfatória. A exceção dos atendentes da cozinha, que nos atenderam bem, os funcionários não são simpáticos. A cama era pequena e os cobertores, muito fininhos, insuficientes para o tempo frio. A televisão do quarto que ficamos é minúscula. O hotel oferece estacionamento, mas não possui vagas suficientes. Se a estrutura estiver recebendo muitos hóspedes, não conte com esse recurso. A localização não é tão boa. Fica numa ladeira, sem comércio por perto. Se você estiver a pé, vale considerar outro lugar, especialmente se tiver algum problema de acessibilidade. A cereja do bolo foi o preço da água mineral: absurdos 12 reais numa garrafa de 500 ml. Enfim, não voltarei a me hospedar nessa unidade.

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, ar condicionado funcionando bem, bom isolamento acústico, cama confortável, porém, os travesseiros eram muito pequenos. Não há frigobar no quarto e o valor da água (somente em lata) não é nada amigável. O café da manhã superou as expectativas. O check-in demorou muito pois havia fila e somente um funcionário. O estacionamento é razoável e não foi suficiente para todos os hóspedes. No geral a experiência foi boa, dentro do que se espera de um hotel econômico.
