I stayed in a tiny room. That was ok. The bed is pretty uncomfortable. The staff were friendly.

Room was very dirty. Floor had not been hoovered. Bed sheets had brown stains on them. Tiny bathroom with zero places to hang towels to dry. Plus the shower switch was broken and only provided 2 tiny towels for 2 people no hand towel. Quiet room though and easy check in.

Very helpful staff who arranged parking when I hadn't booked any and who lended us his personal phone charger. Great location, few minutes walk to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. We stayed for the weekend & everyone was really helpful & friendly. Our room was clean & fans had been provided as it was very hot weather. The hotel was also convenient & easy to get to Hyde Park, close to Paddington tube station, shops , restaurants & pubs. Would recommend

Excellent location for key tube lines , nice area, good limited off road parking. Staff pleasant and helpful. Competitively priced. Room furniture would benefit from a refresh but at this price perfectly adequate.

Room ok size but washroom a bit small. Shower stall by my measurement maybe 30x30 and need to be careful not to bump the faucet controller when turning. If you are a multi-tasker you can do your business and washing at the same time.
