El hotel está en un sitio increíble, con senderos a un volcán y playas. Tiene una iglesia al lado con mucha afluencia de turistas. Los detalles del hotel son buenos, toallas y ropa de cama de calidad. Lo único nos tocó una habitación en la parte antigua, una buhardilla, que para llegar tienes que atravesar una parte de la azotea al aire libre. El acceso a la bañera complicado para personas con problemas de movilidad, era alto y no tenía asidero.

Always an excellent stay at Hotel Buðir. The staff members are very professional and helpful. Our rooms were clean with nice amenities and beautiful views. The food is always outstanding and the breakfast is well worth the addition to your stay. A lot of thought and attention have been paid to all details of this hotel.

This was such a great find, we would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Budir. We wanted a central location while we spent a couple days exploring the Snæfellsnes peninsula and this was perfect. The hotel offers 5/5 dining and customer service. Yes it is pricey but worth it, especially as there are limited grocery and restaurant options on the peninsula. Our room was beautiful and there are multiple lounging areas on the first and second floor to read, play games, etc. If you wake up early you may also get little black church to yourselves!

Das Hotel wurde renoviert und vergrössert. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, gross und ruhig. Personal vom Restaurant ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel iconique islandais qui nous à offert un bon séjour. Les chambres ont une vue magnifique et les cocktails sont excellents. Nous avons néanmoins eu un problème d'eau chaude pour la première nuit qui n'a pas été compens. Pour ce qui est du restaurant, bien que bon celui-ci à des portions bien trop faibles comparé au reste de l'Islande pour des prix largement équivalent. L'expérience dinatoire était décevante.

We stayed at Hotel Búðir for one night and loved our experience. Our room was cozy, clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The food was exceptional! They graciously accommodated our group of 13 for an early dinner, and the service was incredibly efficient and impressive. From the quality and presentation of the food to the attentive service, everything was truly five-star. We will definitely stay at Hotel Búðir again on our next visit to Iceland!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Hotel, Amazing Staff, and Exceptional Hospitality! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Berg! The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the restaurant serves delicious food. Due to a severe storm during our Iceland adventure, we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra night. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! They handled everything without hesitation and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out was how incredible the staff were during the storm. Despite the challenging weather conditions, everyone remained friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. Great location, great food, great atmosphere, and truly wonderful people! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Berg to anyone visiting Iceland. Thank you, Hotel Berg, for making an unexpected extra night such a memorable part of our Iceland adventure!

Amazing vintage hotel with an old world look and feel and seamlessly integrated into the beautiful landscape. Located right next to the iconic Búðakirkja and hiking trails nearby. Excellent gourmet dining at the onsite restaurant.

Hotel Budir can't be beat. The location next to Budakirkja (the black church) was perfect, and it was very easy to find. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The restaurant had very good food, and the bar was a nice place to stop and look out over the water. Check-in was very easy and the staff were all very nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
