Godt ophold, der var rent og god service, hyggelig morgenmad og god restaurant hvor vi indtog aftensmaden. Eneste minus var de meget hårde sende, som vi gjorde opmærksom på ved afrejse. Her noterede receptionisten vores tilbagemelding og noterede, at næste gang, skulle vi have en værelse med en blød topmadras på, så det blev venmdt positivt.

Zimmer war großzügig, Frühstück hervorragend, vielfältig und ein toller Start in den Tag. Service war o.k. - von einem 4-Sterne-Haus hätten wir jedoch etwas mehr erwartet, z.B. ein Bettwäsche-Wechsel bei einem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt wäre eine feine Sache gewesen. Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden, jedoch so viele Veranstaltungen und externe Frühstücksgäste, dass Parkplatzsuche ärgerlich war.

Ich war eine Nacht zuvor in einem Ringhotel in Kiel. Es ist nicht zu vergleichen. Preis-Leistung war in Kiel deutlich besser! Vor allem das Frühstück in Kiel 5 Sterne gegenüber hier 3 Sterne! Ich war insgesamt enttäuscht. Ich dachte, dass die Ringhotels insgesamt einen gewissen Standard haben. Aber es gibt große Unterschiede!

Wenn ich als Chefin die Bewertung meines Hotels gelesen hätte, würde ich mich erst recht bemühen, die schlechten Bewertungen zu ändern. Dazu darf man den Kunden aber nicht mehr als 10 Minuten sinnlos an der Rezeption warten lassen (vielleicht wenigstens ein Wort. Entschuldigung), dazu gehört zum Ausfüllen der Anmeldeformulare einen Stift vorzuhalten. Wir fühlten uns als Störenfriede. Zimmer waren sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber sehr eng.
