Fantastisk beliggenhed, meget hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale, gode parkeringsforhold, nemt at gå til Bergamo Alta eller hen til det maget autentiske Trattoria Parietti få hundrede meter væk for at spise om aftenen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Unterkunft gefühlt! Es hat alles gestimmt! Nicht nur von außen war die Anlage sehr hübsch anzusehen, auch innen war sie sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und bequem! Das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal war sehr, sehr hilfs- und auskunftsbereit und uns wurde sehr gute Tipps gegeben! Man kann zu Fuß mehrere Restaurants und die Oberstadt von Bergamo erreichen, es gibt aber auch einen Shuttel vom Hotel aus! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

Auberge très bien située à proximité de la vieille ville, et dans un endroit calme et montagnard. Personnel de l'hôtel aux petits soins, navette gratuite pour la vieille ville 3x par jour et payante sur demande. Charme d'une maison un peu ancienne.

Wonderful small property, short walk to town

Wonderful, small family run property in a quiet - almost rural - environment with nice views, but just 15 minutes walk to town. Wonderful breakfast on the patio. A great trattoria just a 5 minutes walk away.

Upealla paikalla, vanhan kaupungin,Citta Altan rinteellä,vain 15min kävelymatkan päästä nähtävyyksistä,ravintoloista. Rauhallinen pieni hotelli jossa palvelu ensiluokkaista. Great stay at family hotel

Very nice family driven hotel, where they make you feel welcome and at home. We had a family room with a terrace for 4 with a Queen size bed and 2 single beds that were quite okay. Room was spacious and the terrace with table and 2 sun beds was great with a wonderful view. Only downside was the air conditioning that did not really work, so the room was warm. The hotel is a bit outside Bergamo, but the hotel has a shuttle service driving for free at certain hours, but for only 5 EUR they will drive outside fixed hours. You can also walk pretty easily. Driving to the hotel can be a bit challenging if you’re not used to very small roads uphill, but if you drive around the city and approach from “the top”, this part is not too long. There is a parking space at the hotel.

"Best EVER" eggs/breakfast set in a lovely villa

What a gem!! Bergamo was a half-hearted, 1-day visit we added to our trip since we were flying into Milan in the evening & yet we were SO pleasantly surprised! The old town, which is walking distance from La Valleta, is beautiful with a nice handful of shops & restaurants. La Valleta is a lovely hillside Villa with a small handful of rooms & very nice & kind proprietors. But what really stands out is their breakfast! It has the usual staples (fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, cakes) but they offer you made-to-order eggs that were OUTSTANDING. My 15 y.o. son said his scrambled eggs were "the best" he's ever had & my fried egg was exceptional too. I'd love to learn their secret as I make eggs frequently & have never come close to this quality. Old town is walkable from the Inn, but we didn't get to take advantage of this since our time was limited. My only small complaint is that the walls are paper thin. At 3 am the couple next to us started talking to eachother loudly & it was like they were sitting at the foot of our bed. It was such a bummer to be woken up several times by neighbors when we were so exhausted from our travels. Having said this, I would gladly return & just hope for kinder & more considerate people nearby.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a beautiful setting. The area is peaceful and quiet, and you can certainly get a good night's sleep here. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, giving directions and maps, suggestions about what to see in the area, and where to eat. They are excellent hosts.

Little gem. We stayed one night to visit Bergamo. Hotel is half an hour walk (with good views) to Citta Alto. There is very nice restaurant recommended by owner nearby. Parking is available on the street and on the hotel property. Breakfast is excellent.

Flott, stille sted nær gamlebyen

Fine og rene rom med aircon. Vi fikk god frokost om morgenen. God plass til parkering på privat område. Gå til ganlebyen tok ca 15 minutter, men eierne kjørte gjester flere ganger om dagen opp og ned. Kjempefint sted.
