Really lovely place to stay in. Nice and quiet but a stones throw from the harbour and beach. Would recommend and stay in again!

We’ve not stayed in the studios before but were pleasantly surprised how easy the access was and how roomy the accommodation was. It was everything we needed for a one night stay. Recommend The Niche for a good dinner. They also do breakfasts.

It was an absolute delight to stay here, lovely room, bed, shower, WC. Very thoughtfully designed, U would definitely stay again, there was even a free KitKat 😁. The studios are 5 mins walk from Irvine town centre which is great. Free street parking right outside too. Thanks - Marcus

I’ve stayed here twice over the last few months whilst house hunting in the area. It’s convenient for all the local transport links and the facilities around the harbour. Nice place to stay and very easy to access the property at whatever time you arrive.

This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away.

8/10 Muy bueno

The room was clean and great for a night only, just the bed too small for us as my husband in over 6ft and his legs hanging over the bed.. Location was great thou..
