We had some minor inconveniences with our room that we reported at check out: main door not locking, closet doors not closing, filthy baseboards, truly all minor but several of those types of things. Spent the time to report it to front desk upon check out so they could be corrected for the next guest with no expectation they would do anything for us. Hadn't even considered it actually. Without prompting, the guy says he is going to have the manager call me because he wants to ensure we get some sort of credit because that is "too many things for one stay." The manager never called, and we never got any sort of credit. That was never the reason I reported it, but then the promise of it and then not doing it is what felt disappointing. We got so stoked because, oh my gosh, what great service, but then nothing happened. Otherwise, this property is conveniently located, the restaurant is good, and the valets are fast and courteous.
