Royal Hotel Ryde

No table & chair in the room. Bin not emptied for entire 5 nights stay. Room not cleaned for the entire time.

We had no issues with the Hotel we had everything we required with the added benefit of being close to a major Shopping centre and buses. The most excellent meals at very reasonable prices couldn’t have asked for better.

Great service, clean tidy room. Would definitely book again for a cheap nights accommodation.

The location was good and the service and cleanliness were excellent.

Room seemed to vibrate through out the night, Mattress were very comfortable Restaurant was fantastic

From the phone call to check in to staying an extra night the whole hotel was fabulous for the price. Chris the manager was on hand for anything we needed. AAAA++

Perfectly adequate facilities if you don't mind sharing the shower and toilet. The cleaner could learn to look behind doors etc., but otherwise OK. The room had everything I needed and the staff were helpful.

There was plumbing issues everyday. The power points in the rooms did not work. The TV's didn't work. Rooms were dirty. Beds were clean and freshly made on arrival. If you need a place to lay your head and not much else this is the place. Staff were friendly but the rooms left a lot to be desired.
