My name is Ivonne Ariza and I made a reservation on June 2 at 2350 hours because during my trip, the vehicle broke down and i was left alone in Grosseto. i used the expedia app and booked a bungalow so i could rest overnight at this hotel. When i arrived at the hotel, the security guard informed me that the reception only worked until 10 at night and despite having the electronic document of the reservation, he did not have the possibility of delivering the bungalow because he did not have keys. I had to sleep in the car in the Parking lot. When I communicated with Expedia that day, I was informed that the check-in time was until 10:00 p.m. the system allowed me to make the reservation after that time, which is not logical. I request them for the return of my money because the reservation was made after the check-in time and the inability to rest in a comfortable place for which i paid; in the event of an accident in my vehicle. I paid for a service that was not provided. I tried to comunicate by e mail with the hotel, but they don’t answer. I will send a complain about this Situation to the European Consumer Centre- Italy. Be Careful with this Hotel
