Very central location, lovely service, clean room and bathroom. This was more of a serviced apartment stay than an authentic stay in a 'casa', the airport transfer was expensive, the bed was not very comfortable and the street is loud all night, although this is very common in Cuba! Overall a good stay.

Estuvimos con mi cónyuge tres días en el departamento "Casa Aby´s house" ubicado en un barrio típico de la habana vieja, con calles y edificios antiguos, a cuatro cuadras del centro de la ciudad. Es un departamento remodelado y confortable, ubicado en un tercer piso, en el corazón de la habana vieja. departamento que tiene dos habitaciones, y sectores comunes para prepararse alimentos. Un lugar seguro, donde uno puede caminar hasta altas horas de la noche en la calle sin peligro. La atención de los dueños, y del personal, fue muy acogedora. Muy recomendable para quienes gustan de la aventura y no de la hotelería. El pago se hizo mediante reserva y con cargo a la tarjeta de crédito, respetando el pago sin otros cobros. El desayuno no está incluido, y es muy abundante.

・立地 大通りから３本ほど入ったところにあるカサです。 ゴミの散乱や異臭がする通りになります。夜、ここを歩くのは少し怖いです。 水や軽い食べ物は、近くのお店で手に入ります。 セントラルパークから近いというだけが良い点です。 ・部屋 キレイなエアコンが付いていて、ちゃんと動きます。 深夜、大音量で音楽を流す隣人がいます。耳栓が無いと眠れないかもしれません。 シャワーはお湯が出ますが、勢いが弱いです。女性には辛いかもしれません。 ・その他 朝食は５CUCですが、日本人の感覚で満足に値するものではありません。内容に比して高すぎます。 また、空港までのタクシーをお願いしたら、２５CUCでした。近くに２０CUCで手配可能な所があり、そこの名刺を見せると露骨にイヤな顔されます。 じゃぁ、ちゃんとしたタクシーが来るかと思いきや、ボロボロの白タクでした。 カサの知り合いなので、変なことにはならないと思いますが、それなら高級ホテル前でタクシーを拾った方が良いでしょう。 ・総括 高い割にクオリティが基本的に低く、コスパが悪いです。エアコンがどうしても欲しいなど、特別な理由が無ければオススメできません。

Would stay again
This casa is not really a Casa anymore, its somewhere between an hotel and accommodation. You have flats which are part of various Casas and the people working there probably dont own it, however it still all good. The rooms are reasonable size and clean. The location is within walking distance of old Havana which is very convenient and saves a lot on Taxis (although the area of the Casa itself is not nice). There is no safe in our room which was rather annoying as had to take our documents with us when out. Overall, for the price it gives you all that you need and within walking distance of the Capitol.
