The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant first impression. Another big plus was the location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the train station was also conveniently close by, making it simple to get around. The only drawback was that the hotel is situated along a busy roadway. The walls did not seem to be fully soundproof, so traffic noise was noticeable at times. While it wasn’t a deal-breaker, it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

The property was a 10/10 the people across from me was very loud the first night and i think they were fighting and kept trying to open my door. But other than that it was more than i expected for a little hotel like this. Was worth the money and the room was nice the bed was amazing. The shower was also really good. I will stay here again.

The place is clean and the bed is comfy, all the rooms we booked has free water bottles and complementary’s drinks at the bar. The only issue is because the hotel is right the Main Street so it a bit noisy for who is a light sleeper, I have no issue at all.

Hot shower and Bathroom are nice and clean with complete toiletries... The room and bed is comfortable and with great space for a family of 4. And also I was given a 4 drinks stubs ( beer/ cola , other tefreshments)upon check-in for free! although, next morning, the only drinks we consumed are water, milk and instant coffee . Thank you!

We had family studio room 9, and the bathroom was VERY small. Shower was in a TINY bathtub and this made showering very difficult. The hot water was very unreliable and unpredictable with minimal water pressure. However, I did see other rooms as we were leaving, and their bathrooms were much nicer and much larger. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was handy, room was clean. Beds were comfy.

It is a bit of a surprise to walk into a bar for check in. Not sure i liked that especially with little kids. The outside isnt the greatest. Smell of smoke and quite dark but the inside make up for it. Its clean and beds are soft and very comfortable. Beddings are also nice. There was no milk provided so couldn't make tea or coffee. There was free water bottles provided which was nice and free drink vouchers at the bar.
