**Five Stars: A Delightful Escape in Clearfield** We had a wonderful stay at the Victorian Loft. The space was spotless and wonderfully cozy, with a comfort that made it hard to leave. It felt like a home away from home, with all the charm of a bygone era. Breakfast was a true treat. Peggy prepared a delicious spread using locally sourced ingredients and served it on polished silver, a lovely touch that made the morning feel truly special. It's a rare bit of elegance these days. Peggy herself is a joy. Her hospitality is warm, gracious, and genuinely enchanting, and her care for her guests shows in every detail. If you're headed to the area, this is the place to stay. We'll certainly be back!

Wonderful experience. First B&B experience as a couple. We travel a great deal and needed a location close to the Clearfield County Fairgrounds for an event. This beautiful place was exceptionally close to the fairgrounds. The host, Peggy was delightful. Loved her homemade breakfast, blueberry pancakes and sausage, fresh cut fruit, coffee and the most amazing fruit juice! Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with Peggy during breakfast. The home is a masterpiece of local history. Loved the time period pieces! Wish we stayed the whole weekend. Highly recommended instead of a hotel! - Kalena and Handsome Brad

Accommodations were spotless. Our host was very welcoming & made fantastic breakfasts. We booked there to attend Groundhog Day and she packed breakfast for us in order to leave at 3:30 in the morning the day of the event. Our host anticipated our needs before we ever had to ask. Our group greatly enjoyed our stay.

This is such a fabulous place to stay! The owner is very gracious and has spent many decades restoring this beautifully-crafted Victorian house to perfection. A very charming place, comfortable and quiet, with a pleasant view of the river from the front porch. The breakfast was also top-notch.

Such a beautiful house and sweet host! I was just passing through during a cross country drive, but would definitely have stayed longer if I could. So glad that I stayed here instead of a bland hotel. Definitely would love to come back.

2nd time we have stayed here. Wonderful warmth of an older home and great hosts. Also near the small town of Clearfield. Walking distance to antique stores, local owned shops and local owned restaurants.
