My stay was great! It was a perfect location for visiting CSU and close to lots of food and shops downtown. Devon was very helpful, communicative and responded to questions quickly. Coffee was restocked everyday, which was great. Check in and check out were very smooth.

This was a cute and cozy little rental! The location was perfect, an nice walk to campus one way, and a nice walk to food and shops the other way. The street parking was easy and shady. You can definitely hear the traffic at night but nothing a white noise app on your phone can't take care of. Well worth it for the location.

We enjoyed our stay at the flats, especially the older home feel and being so close to downtown/old town Fort Collins! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The communication with the owners was excellent! The only down side was that some people were near our room - possible outdoors - for an hour or so, very late at night, making a lot of noise. We would still recommend this rental, as it was overall a great experience.
