Odalar vasat temiz yer bulmak istersen kendin eşya götür o kadar kötü . Sandalyede masada çiviler kuş pisliği hiçmi biyer temiz olmaz. Çalışan hiç güven vermiyor.

Otel çok güzeldi biz çok beğendik konumu biraz ara sokağa doğru ancak insanlar çok iyi kimse bizi rahatsız etmedi. Gece geç saatlere kadar da merkezde takılıp akşam otele rahatlıkla döndük yine Urfa’ya geleceğim ve yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim

Schöne Herberge, sehr Historisch, schade, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Im Zimmer hat es keinen Schrank und Abstellmöglickeiten. Ansonsten sehr gemütliche authentische Zimmer, wie aus vergangener Zeit. Das Hotel liegt Nahe an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Urfa.

İşletme ahlakı zayıf önemsemezseniz kalınabilir

İki kişilik konaklamamız oldu odalar zaten çok minikti az çok biliyorduk ancak konaklamamızla alakalı eleştirilerde hep şu cevabı almak aşırı rahatsız ediciydi “abla burası beş yıldızlı otel değil bilmem şuradaki yer şu kadar istiyor gecelik”gibi…Eleştirim de şu iki kişilik odaya iki boy havlusu konulur bir tane koymuşlardı.Otelin yıldızıyla alakasız şeylerdi.Giderden aşırı koku geliyordu. Tavanlar taş olduğu ve içeride duşa bağlı rutubet oluşumunu düşünürsek yatakta dökülmüş harç malzemesi görmek normaldi.Yatak örtülerinden kokuya rastlamadım ama lekeler vardı belki geçmemiştir diye düşünüyorum.Genel anlamda zayıf bir işletme.bu fiyata bu kadar hizmet olarak bakmaları aşırı rahatsız ediciydi.

It was the first time i left an hotel after the first night. I booked it based on the reviews but left me disappointed. The staff is great, very nice and helpful, nothing against them. But the hotel conditions aren't the best. In the first room we found bugs and ants, so we were kindly moved to another room that was significantly smaller but a bit cleaner. The problem there was the security, the door didn't lock at all and we had to lock it with our suitcases during the night. As two women, we couldn't even sleep well. We decided to leave in the morning to another hotel because there were too many problems in only one night. We asked for a refund for the rest of the nights not used, getting a denial from the manager saying there is no refund and claming are terms of Expedia, which expedia denied. I am not saying don't go there but you know what you get.

Este NO es un hotel, ni es de tres estrellas como se describe! Es apenas buen hostal super mediocre, en estado de ruinas, en zona sumamente peligrosa... Adjunto fotos y vídeos... He cancelado la reserva, y salí a otro hotel...

2700 küsür tlye hotels den rezervasyon yaptık otele gittiğimizde 3700 TL dediler hotelsden okadar değil fiyat dedik 3000 TL olsun o zaman dedi euro kuru filan saçma sapan şeyler kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum odada başkalarının çantaları vardı yatak üstünde filan onları aldılar bizi odaya soktular direk gece banyoda sıcak su yoktu soğuga yakın ılık Bi su vardı berbat Bi deneyim oldu bizim için

Never do it!!

Never ever book this hotel - do that favour to yourself. I could write alot about all the minuses, but I will just namedrop some: - No privacy - holes in the door - dirty room - "bathroom" didn't have electricity and other places in the room - toilet is attached to the room, so all the dirty smell will enter the room. - only boiling hot water or ice cold when taking a shower - no bath articles - unprofessional owner, who don't let your payment go through hotels.com. so he asked us to get into his car and pay in a another hotel. I could continue.. but save yourself from a horrific experience

Yerin konumu iyi ama oda çok soğuktu.klimalr yeterli değil.bizde ısıtıcı istedik.ellerinde olduğu için verdiler.gece etrafta çok ses oluyor.odanın içindeki banyo ve tuvalet duş kabini ile çevrili.koku odaya işliyor.

Serçe Konak değil Serçe Evi bile değil.

Şehrin çöküntü alanında çok kötü restore edilmiş bir taş ev. Hiç bir zaman konak olmamış ama restorasyon sonrası beton, taş ve briket kırması bir fecaat olmuş. Taş bir oda içine pimapenden banyo-tuvalet yapıp havalandırma düşünmeyen zeka dışkı kokusu içinde bir gece ile tuvalet tutma arası tercihe zorluyor insanı.
