It was like faulty towers but worse. We arrived and found the place in what seemed like a nice shopping area. Then it went from bad to worse. There were only 2 cups in an apartment that only sleeps six, the Wifi didn't work, neither did the TV (not a problem, except we have a toddler so spend the evenings in an apartment when we are away). The dishwasher didnt work, not a problem, except for the fact there was also no hot water to the kitchen. The handle had been snapped off the washing machine (we were travelling with a child being potty trained). To top it off it is impossible to sleep, the was a lot of drunken squeeling every hour as various restaurants and bars closed as well as the road sweeper. We had to find ourselves a new apartment, eventually they refunded 4 nights but not the miserable night we had spent in an apartment that was no fit for purpose. To top it off Hotels.com issued us with a voucher by way of apology. We cannot use the voucher as does not work in our local currency, so not an apology more of a slap in the face.
