No me gustó.. decía que tenía lavadora en el cuarto pero resultó ser compartida por todo el edificio y súper sucio. La cocina no tenía buenas trastes para cocinar y la estufa no sirvia

Check in was a bit of a faff as I had to go to a local hotel to obtain the key. I also took the key back there as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving it in the mailbox as it was damaged. The ground floor flat I stayed in was fine, but I would say tired. Due to the closeness of the road I’d say the windows are rarely opened so there is very definitely a musty smell throughout. Car parking needs some attention! But the bed was comfy and there was a good space to base myself there for a few days

Photos on website must be very outdated, flat is grotty, cupboards coming apart, very worn and unclean, smell of cannabis in bedroom and bathroom. Check in took ages as only one receptionist and conference people checking in before me, very unhappy and will not return.

A few days before check in we were told we would need to check in with a different property about half a mile away. When we arrived to the apartment, it was not easy to find within the building, and there was a very unpleasant smell. The property was tired and has black mould on ceilings. The utensils needed cleaning before we could use them and the freezer was frozen solid, with all drawers frozen shut. It had the rooms it said, and the bedding was clean, but the property was not very nice and I would not stay again.

Internally, very modern and clean. The small rear area to the rear where you park is a rubbish dump. And you do have to check in and out at the Crowne Plaza a quarter of a mile away.

Arrived and checked in a bit late, given keys and entered apartment - it was not cleaned after previous guests - all bedding, bathroom, rubbish all still left there, kitchen still dirty etc. Told reception and they cleaned afterwards - no mention of a refund or anything. Disappointing.

The suite was great, it had everything that you would need for a stay. The Thames Ditton location has parking at the rear, but is severely limited in that there are what appears to be a couple of storage containers, removing the additional spaces they are sitting over. There were a couple of times where I parked across the street in a public parking lot, but rates there were good also. The keys you receive, yes physical keys for both the main front entrance and the room only unlock those doors, not the rear entrance from car park. That entrance is hidden by the storage containers, and is without any signage to point you in the right direction. We arrived at night, there is no rear lighting in the carpark, while it is a gated area, the light issue would be an issue for some. The suite that I had has two bedrooms, and all doors could be locked. The building (older facility) has 3 floors and no lift. So you do get a little workout, but be aware. The check-in was easy, but at their hotel which is very short distance away on the same main road. I would stay there again for sure! The overall experience was good, 8/10

This was dreadful. We were given a ground floor room with a broken insecure window. We were moved when we complained. The apartment was only superficially clean. The car park was revolting- broken bags of rubbish including dirty nappies lying around. The communal door was legt open and insecure.

when booked it was booked for 5 people and only room for 4 as no extra bed only enough pots etc for 4 people cleanliness was poor needs a decent clean overall wouldnt stop again complained at reception about room size to be told he wasnt interested

It was suitable for our needs (3 adults and 2 children). No air conditioning, but that was not such a big problem as we were in a basement apartment. Everything we need was there plus a mobile/WhatsApp connection if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was bejou and clean. The photos made it look a bit larger. But it was fine for our stay anyway . The car park for the apartments is small. There is a low cost public car park over the road though. Which is handy.

Apartment smelt damp, no sharp knives to cut and prepare food, 1 mug in cupboard, odd sets of cutlery, oven dirty, car park no spaces had to pay, car park was full of rubbish, old mattresses and skips. Nothing like photos

I originally booked for 2 nights then booked a further 2 nights - before knowing what I was booking into. The apartment was musty, if quite clean, run down, and poorly appointed. The furniture was all askew, the rooms quite shabby and cupboards broken (eg fridge door). I ended up foregoing the cost of the extra 2 nights just to find something else that was decent.

Far and away the worst place I have stayed in years. The car park is full of trash, the back door was propped open to allow anyone in, the apartment had a modern bathroom but the main room furniture and floor need replacing. The glassware was dirty.

I wish to make a compliant. I booked 3 2 bedroom apartments but was only given a family room and one 2 bedroom apartment. The first apartment was filthy and so the guests had to ask for a different room. Then once they had left the room and returned none of the door keys worked. Other unrelated guests had the same issue.

A decent bed and clean if spartan bathroom. For a serviced apartment, there was very little in the way of servicing .. furniture was haphazard, there was a musty smell and no air con (to be fair it I stayed during an unseasonably hot time), which made the experience more unpleasant. No coat hangers, hair dryer or anything much other then mismatched cutlery. The check in was a 5 min walk down the road, which meant dragging a case along. Not my favourite experience.

Do not stay here with children, it is not safe due to large, low, bottom opening windows that do not lock and have no safety catches. Only half a dozen car park spaces for 2 full apartment blocks Sofa bed metal frame was seriously broken with sharp metal sticking out in multiple places No bedding provided for sofa bed despite booking for four people and only having one double and one single bed Check in at another hotel almost a mile away We were provided with fans as it was extremely hot, these did NOT work Wifi was very poor and does not work with the smart TV's

Shower door was missing, only 3 towels despite being 4 of us, missing cutlery and general cleanliness not great, parking was shocking got blocked in, fire protection was poor fire door propped open on hallways, and front and back doors wide open!
