Comfortable and safe

The owner and the staff are good people. I enjoyed the stay. I think the business recently just restarted, the toilet are a bit unclean

I really like how how functional the features of the capsule was, it was surprisingly spacious and the locking feature was really useful and comforting to have. While it is cheap and affordable, the only thing I had an issue with was the small shower rooms.

I did not like the state of the lounge area and the size of the showers

DON’T BOOK THIS ONE. It was a total mistake to stay in here for 4 days. First, it was ODOROUS. Because every capsule was stayed closed, there was no ventilation. The capsule smelled like the mixture of odor of the previous guests. Second, it WASN’T SOUNDPROOF at all. I stayed in the bottom of the bunk bed, and every time the person using the upper bed tossed and turned, I woke up. Even a slight single toss made a big thunder-like noise. I asked to change my bed, but the hotel desk refused. They said all they could do was telling the upper bunk guest to stop move. Third, the TOILET was dirty and too small. Once I had a chance to observe their toilet cleaning process, and it was too quick. The trash outside of the bin was not removed for days. And the size of the sink was too small. Whenever I tried to brush my teeth and wash my face, my whole T-shirt got wet because the sink was small. I definitely regret my decision to stay in here. I wanted to change the hotel after I ruined my first night in here, but they said it was not refundable. The manager was not in the hostel, but (s)he sounded very rude whenever the receptionist contacted her/him. I have stayed in various hostels around the world, but I have never seen a hostel like this. Once again, AVOID HERE. Find another one in Sydney.

Pods were comfortable and quiet but were a little stuffy even with air on high. Toilet and shower cubicles were very small but clean and useable.

The location is great and facilities everything that I need. Friendly respectful clean quiet!

Was all that I needed for a nights sleep

For $48 you can’t complain too much. Was a little dirty though in the ammenities.

The capsule is spacious, the mattress is very thin, the "space" sound when opening and closing the door is a bit annoying when people come and go at night. There is only one good sized toilet and shower on each level, the other toilets and showers are very small and there is no proper mirror. Staff is very friendly The kitchen was clean and tidy. It was the quietest hostel I ever stayed, what was very pleasant. Overall I would stay there again.
