This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The staff are amazing, very friendly. The food is great with a good choice. Breakfast is included in the price and is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooms are spotless as is the rest of the hotel. They are also dog friendly. I will definitely be staying there again.

The Hotel is a little dated but the norm for a town like Coldstream. The food was good, the breakfast excellent and the staff really cared about the clients. We enjoyed it and the locals were friendly and the service for our dog excellent.

The room was really spacious and well equipped with a kettle, armchair, TV and tea and coffee. We slept well and there was plenty of space for us both and our two dogs. It was also great value for money, especially as a delicious and generous breakfast was included. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would stay again!

Room was clean & contained everything we needed. Had a meal in the bar which was excellent & fairly priced (compared to some hotels we've used on this trip). Breakfast was excellent. Will use this again when visiting the area again.

Wonderfully helpful staff. I was cycling with my grandson who is doing a sponsored cycling challenge for his primary school. They put our bikes in their garage and when they learned of the scheme even gave him a generous contribution to his challenge. Really nice people AND a great breakfast.
