Good location and restaurant but poor service
The hotel looks quite new and its staff's service still needs a lot more work. First of all, if you are a foreigner and are intending to pay your room charges with your foreign-issued credit card, do NOT stay here as their card machine cannot accept foreign cards. So you would need to pay by cash. Secondly, if you need a taxi please do not count on the hotel staff to help you as they told us that they could not call a taxi for us and that we had to stand outside and try to flag one down ourselves when all the other hotels where we had stayed on this trip had assisted us with taxi service. Sometimes the staff at other hotels would go even out of their way to use their own personal phone to call a taxi for us. We didn't expect this "non-service" so we were standing on the street for quite some time before we finally got one and almost missed our high speed train.
There was no closet or anywhere to hang your clothes in the room, so the room was the worst that we had on this one-week trip in China.
The only positive thing about this hotel is its restaurant for the quality of its food and the cleanliness of its utensils since the chopsticks were sterilized. I liked its breakfast and decided to go back for lunch after our meetings and before we headed to the high speed station.
