Cute and stylish boutique hotel in the heart of old town Chania. The design elements in the rooms are a beautiful mix of antique and modern. Very short walk to everything. Shopping, dining attractions. Staff is incredibly attentive. Beds are luxurious and comfortable. Shower has excellent pressure and controls.

J&G have done and amazing renovation job, modernizing the property. Situated 5mins walk out side of old town, the suites provided quietness and tranquility from the crowds. Many restaurants and shops surround this location, so a morning cup of coffee or a quick bite is easily assessable. The grand suite was roomy enough for 3 adults to sleep comfortably. It felt like a home away from home. Joanna and Greg were prompt on all my inquires and a pleasure work with. Overall, my party was very satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend J&G when visiting Chania Old town.

Staying at J&G Suites was amazing! It's a gorgeous, newly renovated property tucked into the beautiful venetian streets of Old Chania. We had a room with a terrace that was just perfect for sipping our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. When you step out of the hotel there is a gorgeous little square with bright pink bougainvillaea and a very nice restaurant. All of Old Chania is at your feet. The owner Greg is an excellent host and ensures that every detail of your visit is perfect. Recommendations like best Greek wines to try, excellent beaches nearby (and far away!), delicious restaurants, jazz clubs - they know all the best places. Parking is easy and we never had to park far from the hotel (but be sure and get a compact car!). Chania is a great destination and J&G Suites is a stylish and comfortable home base for exploring everything the Island of Crete has to offer!

This was a unique hotel in the middle of Old Town, within a few minutes walk to the Old Town wharf. We stayed in a upstairs/downstairs suite and had daily housekeeping. The best part of our experience was the innkeeper Greg who greeted us when we arrived. He spent probably 20 minutes asking us what we would like to do in Chania and the surrounding countryside, whether we would like to rent a car. He gave us advice on wineries and on olive oil production. His mother was also very kind, friendly and informative. For our first time in Crete, this was a wonderful experience.

Great location, kind staff

Hotel communication was great. The room was clean. Location is everything. Did not like the sink - the faucet position made it difficult to wash your face. Also the stairs are steep and narrow - probably better for a carry on or backpack. Large rolling suitcase was a bit more difficult to carry up. Shower water pressure was great. No other issues. Greg was super kind to grab our luggages up and down the stairs when we happened to see him.
