Hotel em reforma
O terraço com a piscina está em reforma há mais de um ano. Fomos tomar chimarrão e fazer fotos e tinham madeiras com pregos empilhadas e muita sujeira de bituca de cigarro no chão. O ar condicionado da recepção e café da manhã estavam estragados e era complicado ficar no saguão devido o calor. Sugiro destacar que o hotel está em reforma,

Se existe hotel pior q esse eu desconheço. Tudo começou quando o ar não estava funcionando e uma demora terrível para resolver, aí só queria tomar um banho não tinha toalhas e o telefone não funcionava para ligar na recepção. TV não funcionava tbm. Tive que descer na recepção duas vezes primeiro atrás do ar, depois atrás de toalha. Chegar para descansar foi difícil/impossivel. Quartos sujos encardidos, lençóis encardidos, cama super dura e no café da manhã tinha morador de rua se servindo(eles entram lá a hora q querem)

Hotel ótima localização, bem no centro. Entretanto deixa bastante a desejar, quando cheguei não tinha quarto limpo, troquei várias vezes de quarto até eles acharam um limpo. Pessoa do hotel foi bem atencioso e flexível para me atender, entretanto a limpeza deixou a desejar. Na segunda vez que fiquei hospedado novamente problemas com disponibilidade de quartos limpos.

Gostei bastante em geral. Só que tinha escolhido quarto 2 cama de solteiro chegando la era de casal a moça que nos atendeu atentamente péssimo disse que o sistema mudou sozinho. A Sorte que eu minha amiga ja nos conhecemos a tempo para dividir a cama se nao fosse isso como estava cansada da viagem nao chame outra pessoa para atender pois a maneira dela noa tratar foi horrível. Se um dia eu voltar para Dourados fiquei ai de novo dessa nao irei aceitar o jeiti da funcionária. Geral gostei. Por favor sirvam jantar aos domingos
