The good: The location is great, right next to the old city. The apartment itself is ample.
The bad: Because there is only a small label that cannot be seen from the street it very hard to find the building. Similarly having no front desk,when the internet went out one night there was no one to call, it was fixed first thing in the next morning however. Also you have to go about 2-3 floors worth of stairs from street level, which could be a problem if you have many bags. And don't plan long showers as the water heater provided barely enough for 2 regular ones.
The ugly: The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, both to seat and to lay down. I can't imagine having to sleep in it. Finally while there is public parking available as stated, what is not said is that is very expensive (HRK 40 an hour, HRK 600 a day, HRK 1500 a week/ that is roughly USD 6/100/250 respectably).
